Making A Plan


This week, we bring it all together.

Looking back over the videos you tried and the time slots you tried them in, Iā€™m going to ask you to get really honest.

Think about these questions:

  • What rituals did I try?

  • What rituals really meant something to me?

  • What rituals did I want to mean something to me, but fell flat?

  • How often am I able to do the rituals that mean something to me?

  • Where do they best fit in my day?

  • How do I want to remind myself? Phone alarms? Habit tracker? Get some additional accountability and support?
